Our Mission

Nofar Method is the result of years of research for the safest and most effective, comfortable, and sustainable exercise plan. The Nofar Method ties together cardio, strength training, and the most challenging elements of Pilates. It teaches body awareness, good posture, and graceful movement using classic Pilates equipment and principles coupled with contemporary props and exciting, fun choreography. Nofar Method is for people who tried classic Pilates before and are now looking for something more. Nofar Method will take your Pilates practice to the next level.
