Mission Statement
At Nofar Method Academy, we teach Pilates as a practice of awareness, strength, and inspiration. Our mission is to redefine how Pilates is learned and taught by approaching it as a living method that connects mind and body, rooted in the principles of the Nofar Method®.
Our Academy gives you the tools to understand your body deeply, the confidence to lead with clarity, and the heart to inspire, impact and transform others. At Nofar Method Academy movers become teachers who carry forward not just knowledge, but purpose. What makes this program unique is its foundation: based in both classical and contemporary Pilates traditions, with a strong emphasis on effective and innovative teaching and body awareness.

Programs
The Art of Teaching Pilates: Full Certification
Mat • Reformer • Cadillac • Pre/Postnatal + Injuries
The Nofar Method® Full Certification is a four-month program designed to give you a strong, well-rounded foundation in Pilates and prepare you to teach with both expertise and authenticity. Through a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, you will practice and refine:
•Pilates Mat, Reformer & Cadillac training.
•Anatomy & biomechanics.
•Breath & classical principles.
•Group and private class design & choreography flows.
•Injury awareness & modifications.
•Pre/Postnatal Pilates & pelvic floor health.
•Class leadership, client retention & creative teaching.
•2 personal sessions with Nofar.
Our approach combines precise movement training with the art of teaching people, ensuring that by the end of the program you will have the knowledge, confidence, and presence to lead safe, impactful, and inspiring classes while developing your own authentic teaching style.
Please note: This certification is in general Pilates, not the Nofar Method®. Graduates may audition for the official Nofar Method® Teacher Certification in the future.
Pilates Mat Foundations Certification Course
Mat 1 & 2, Anatomy/Alignment, & Principles of Classical Pilates
This program is designed to prepare you to teach Mat 1, 2 Pilates with both expertise and authenticity. This program goes beyond the basics, giving you a strong foundation in classical pilates, anatomy, alignment, and body awareness and with the mentorship needed to develop the clarity, confidence, and presence required to lead transformative classes. You will deepen your understanding of the body and enhance both your teaching and personal practice. You will explore the fundamentals of anatomy, focusing on key muscle groups, joints, and movement patterns. We’ll bring this learning into practice by examining how alignment shapes movement efficiency, posture, and injury prevention.
By heightening your body awareness, you’ll develop the tools to guide others with intelligence, precision and confidence.
Cadillac Certification Course
Prerequisite: Mat & Reformer Certification
The Cadillac is a transformative Pilates apparatus designed for versatility that supports and challenges the body in ways no other machine can. At Nofar Method®, the Cadillac is an essential part of our philosophy and practice.
In this four-week intensive, you will gain a complete foundation in Cadillac repertoire, progressing from classical exercises to advanced flows. More than just learning the movements, you will discover how to harness every part of the machine to create purposeful sequences that lengthen, strengthen, and restore the body. What sets this course apart is our emphasis on application: creativity, adaptability, and client-centered programming. You’ll learn how to design sequences that meet each client’s unique needs, whether for injury prevention, athletic performance, or mindful restoration.
Pilates Reformer Certification course
Prerequisite: Pilates Mat Certification
The Reformer is a fundamental yet versatile piece of Pilates equipment built to provide resistance and support for a variety of exercises to enhance strength, mobility, flexibility, and correct overall posture.
This comprehensive 12-day intensive course is designed to provide a complete foundation in Reformer work, covering everything from classical repertoire to advanced progressions to injury prevention and recovery. You’ll learn to skillfully integrate springs, and props to create seamless movement flows that lengthen, strengthen, and restore the body.
This program emphasizes creativity, safety, and adaptability, equipping you to tailor sessions to meet individual needs with confidence and care. By the end of the certification, you’ll deepen your personal body awareness and gain the tools to teach with clarity, presence, and intention. Whether leading private sessions or group classes, you’ll be prepared to guide clients through transformative movements.
Anatomy & Alignment Workshop
This two-day workshop is designed to strengthen your understanding of anatomy and refine your ability to observe and guide movement. We will explore the relationships between muscles, joints, and movement patterns, and apply this knowledge to alignment and injury prevention.
Through hands-on practice, you will learn to recognize imbalances and guide clients toward more efficient movement. By heightening your own body awareness, you will develop the precision to teach with greater clarity and impact.
Pre & Postnatal Workshop
Pregnancy and postpartum are profound journeys of body transformation. Pilates offers a supportive, intelligent system to help women move with strength, confidence, and care during every stage.
In this three-day workshop, you will learn how to safely and effectively guide clients through practices tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
The curriculum covers the anatomy and changes during both pre and postnatal periods, safe progressions for each trimester, and effective techniques to support relaxation and alignment. You will learn strategies for pelvic floor restoration and core integrity, evidence-based approaches to address diastasis recti, and a wide range of modifications to ensure safety, strength, and comfort for every client.
